What is the Wolfpack at eXp Realty?

The Wolf Pack is Mike Sherrard's organization of 4,500+ agents at eXp Realty, known for its training on social media, AI and agent attraction. Wolfpack Michigan is our Michigan group. Join eXp with us and you get the Wolf Pack plus Team Impact, Fast Forward Movement and Honey Badger Nation, with leaders in Michigan.
Who is Mike Sherrard?

Mike Sherrard founded the Wolf Pack and is eXp's #1 personal attractor worldwide, with 115,000+ YouTube subscribers and 7,000+ agents trained on content, branding and AI. He's based in Florida, which is why Wolfpack Michigan gives you leaders on the ground here.
Who is Curt Shewell?

Curt leads Team Impact. He joined eXp in 2018, when there were 26 eXp agents in Michigan, and built an organization of more than 4,500 agents from here. Before eXp, he helped build Mark Z Real Estate Experts into the biggest team in Metro Detroit.
Do the four organizations cost extra?

No. None of the four organizations adds a split or a fee. You pay eXp's normal costs only.
Do I have to recruit?
+
No. Everything starts with your own production. Agent attraction is there if and when you want it, and we'll help you with it on 3-way calls.
Isn't this a pyramid scheme?

No. You get paid by closing deals, same as now. Nobody pays to join, and nothing comes out of your commission. We'll show you how eXp's model works on the call, using eXp's own published materials.
Who do I call when a deal goes sideways?

Your Michigan leaders. eXp also has a Michigan broker team for compliance and contract questions. You'll have both.
Can I change my sponsor later?

No. The sponsor you name on your eXp application is permanent, which is why we want every question answered first.
Do you work with agents outside Southeast Michigan?

Yes. We're based in Oakland County, but eXp Realty is one brokerage across Michigan, and the training in all four organizations is online. Agents anywhere in the state can join eXp with us, from Detroit and Ann Arbor to Grand Rapids and Traverse City.
What happens to my own brand?

It stays yours. Clients follow the agent, not the logo. Social Agent Academy, inside the Wolf Pack, exists to help you build your own brand.
Where do I meet clients without an office?
+
Where you meet them now: at the listing, at a coffee shop, on Zoom. What keeps you from being alone isn't an office. It's live masterminds, weekly coaching and someone local who picks up the phone.
Is this only for top producers?

No. New agents, developing agents, top producers, team leaders and broker-owners all join us. What you use depends on where you are.
How does compensation work at eXp?

eXp's compensation plan is public, and we'll walk you through it on a call. We don't put numbers on a web page, because your situation is what matters.
I'm already at eXp. Can I join you?
